Since discovering Pilates in 2000, Anna has embraced it as more than just a form of movement—it’s a way of life. Fully certified by STOTT Pilates in 2018, she brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to her teaching, blending her extensive experience as a retired nurse with her passion for Pilates.


With a deep understanding of anatomy and a strong belief in the power of mindful movement, Anna views Pilates as a key contributor to longevity, vitality, and overall well-being. Her sessions are known for their precision, compassion, and focus on sustainable strength and mobility.


Outside the studio, Anna is a devoted animal advocate and shares her home with three dogs and three cats. She finds joy in life’s adventures, from hiking and cycling in the summer to skiing in the winter.
