Kata is currently on the path to becoming a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, and her passion for the practice shines through in every session. What began as a simple search for something new quickly turned into a deep connection with Pilates—a movement method that perfectly met her body’s needs for strength, balance, and mindful challenge.
In her classes, Kata combines a solid, effective workout with an uplifting atmosphere. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling strong, accomplished, and energized. She believes Pilates is a dynamic, ever-evolving practice that can be tailored to meet everyone where they are, helping them grow both physically and mentally.
Outside the studio, Kata is an avid pickleball player and loves sharing her fitness knowledge to help fellow players enhance their game. Whether on the mat or the court, she’s always encouraging movement, fun, and community.
Kata is excited to be part of the Dima-Lates team and looks forward to guiding others through their own Pilates journey—one session at a time.
