Professionally, Caroline has spent over two decades in the customer care industry, specializing in call centre operations and project/operations management across Corporate Canada. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found and serve as CEO of The Curl Ambassadors, a thriving business with three locations across the GTA, where she has spent the last 18 years empowering others and embracing the beauty of natural curls.

Caroline’s journey has always been rooted in personal growth, education, and a results-driven mindset. Her dedication to wellness is evident in her active lifestyle, which includes swimming, running, walking, and resistance training. Most recently, she discovered a deep love for Pilates—an experience that has transformed both her body and mind. Through consistent practice 3 times a week, across all equipment—Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair—Caroline has experienced improved posture, renewed energy, and a youthful vitality.
